You ask three questions all day: who is free, where is the rider and has it been delivered? The outlet portal answers all three in three places.

  1. Step 1: Open Delivery Executives

Choose Delivery Executives in the left menu. Every rider shows a tag: Active (can work), Pending or Deactivated. This tag is about the rider’s account, not about whether they are working right now.

  2. Step 2: Open a rider

Press View. At the top you see the rider’s name, the tag Online or Offline, their phone and Max active orders. Below you see Delivered, Undelivered, Cancelled, Live now, Total assigned orders and Distance covered. Switch the period with Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This month or Last 30 days.

  3. Step 3: Check the riders on Dispatch

Open Dispatch. When it plans trips, each rider’s route shows Online or Offline. See Dispatch orders to your riders.

  4. Step 4: Follow a trip on the live map

On Dispatch, the Live trips card lists every active trip. It shows the rider, how many orders are delivered and Live on map while the rider’s location is coming in. Tap a trip to open the map.

In the box that opens, the Map shows your shop, the rider and the Delivery stops in order. Use Orders to see the list instead.

When is a rider’s location shared?#

A rider’s phone shares its location while the rider is Online in the app: about once a minute, and more often during a trip. When the rider switches to Offline, sharing stops. Customers only see a rider on the tracking link while the rider is on the way to them.

Why does my rider show Offline?

The rider has switched Status off, or has not opened the app yet. Ask them to open the app and check Status.

Why is the live map empty?

The live map belongs to a trip that has started. A rider who has not started the trip yet is not on the map.

Can customers see my rider?

Only the rider on the way to them. See Share the live tracking link with your customer.
