Your shop plans your trip and approves it. Then it arrives on your phone. This guide shows what you see and what to do.

Before you start#

  • You are signed in and Status is Online.

  • Notifications are on.

  1. Step 1: Wait for the new trip

When the shop approves your trip, your phone shows a notification: New trip from your outlet. Open the app.

  2. Step 2: Open the trip

There are three ways. Tap Ongoing trip on the home screen. Or open the Trips tab and tap the trip under Active trips. Or pull down on the list to refresh it.

  3. Step 3: Read the trip

The top of the screen shows your shop, Not yet started and the number of orders. Under Orders in this trip you see every order: the order number, the customer’s name and the address.

  4. Step 4: Pick up every order at the shop

At the shop, take each order and slide Slide to mark picked up. Steps are in Pick up and deliver an order.

  5. Step 5: Start the trip

When all orders are picked up, a slider appears at the bottom: Slide to start trip. Slide it. The app now shows your stops one by one, in the order your shop approved.

  6. Step 6: Follow the stops

For the stop you are on, you see the customer’s name and address with two buttons. Maps opens directions. Call phones the customer.

I did not get a notification.

Open the app and look at the Trips tab. Make sure Status is Online and that the home screen does not show Notifications required.

The slider to start the trip is missing.

Check that every order is marked picked up. The slider appears when all orders are picked up.

Why are the stops in this order?

Your shop plans the order of the stops to save kilometres and time, and approves it before the trip reaches you. If something looks wrong, call your shop.
