MiniDrop for grocery stores
Grocery delivery app for local stores
Many small orders, planned into a few smart trips.
A neighbourhood grocery store gets many small orders through the day, mostly from the same streets. Sending a rider out for each one wastes time and fuel.
MiniDrop batches those orders into multi-drop trips and plans the best route for each rider, so your riders deliver more orders in fewer rounds.

How MiniDrop helps grocery stores
The problem
Many small orders, one rider per order.
Orders wait in a queue and are dispatched together. MiniDrop groups nearby drops into one trip and orders the stops for the shortest round.
Route optimisationThe problem
Planning routes by hand takes the owner's time every day.
Turn on automatic dispatch every few minutes or at fixed times. You only review and approve the plan.
Route optimisationThe problem
Repeat customers, same addresses.
Save customers and addresses once and reuse them for every order.
Delivery managementThe problem
Keeping track of delivery charges and payments.
MiniDrop charges are paid from a prepaid wallet, with GST invoices and a full history of every delivery.

Questions from grocery stores
How does MiniDrop batch grocery orders?
Orders for your own riders wait in a queue. When you dispatch (or at the automatic time you set), MiniDrop plans multi-drop trips across your available riders and shows them for approval.
Can I change a route before riders leave?
Yes. Review each rider's route, reorder the drops or release a rider's orders before you approve the trips.
Do I need a computer at the counter?
No. The outlet portal runs in a browser on a laptop, tablet or phone.
Can grocery stores use their own riders with MiniDrop?
Yes. Add your delivery staff as riders in the outlet portal. They use the MiniDrop rider app to see trips, navigate to each stop and mark orders picked up and delivered.
How do customers track their delivery?
Every assigned order gets a private tracking link that shows the order status, the rider's live position on a map, how many stops are before theirs and an arrival estimate.
How much does MiniDrop cost?
Pricing depends on how your business delivers. Talk to us on the contact page and we will explain the options for your business.
