MiniDrop for meat shops

Delivery app for meat shops

Fresh orders, delivered on time, without the phone calls.

Meat orders are time-sensitive. Customers order for lunch or a Sunday meal and expect it fresh and on time, while your counter is at its busiest.

MiniDrop gives your meat shop one place to create deliveries, group them into routes, assign your riders and let customers follow their order.

How MiniDrop helps meat shops

  • The problem

The morning and weekend rush: orders pile up and riders leave one by one with a single order each.

MiniDrop groups pending orders into multi-drop trips and plans the best route for each rider, so one rider covers nearby customers in one round.

    Route optimisation
  • The problem

Fresh meat should not ride around in a delivery bag for long.

Give an order a delivery window and route optimisation plans the trip so that order is dropped within that time of the trip starting.

    Route optimisation
  • The problem

Customers keep calling the shop to ask where their order is.

Every assigned order gets a private tracking link with the rider's live position and an arrival estimate, so customers can check it themselves.

    Live tracking
  • The problem

The same families order every week and you type their address every time.

Save customers and their addresses once; the next delivery for them takes a few taps.

Questions from meat shops

Can MiniDrop handle my busy Sunday mornings?

Yes. Collect the orders as they come in, then dispatch them together: MiniDrop splits them across the riders you have and plans each rider's route. You review the routes and approve them before riders are notified.

Can I set a time limit for an order?

Yes. An order can carry a delivery window in minutes, and route optimisation plans the trips so that order is delivered within that time of the trip starting.

Can I see where each of my riders is?

Yes. The outlet portal shows every rider who is on a trip on a live map, with the orders they are carrying and each order's status.

Can meat shops use their own riders with MiniDrop?

Yes. Add your delivery staff as riders in the outlet portal. They use the MiniDrop rider app to see trips, navigate to each stop and mark orders picked up and delivered.

How do customers track their delivery?

Every assigned order gets a private tracking link that shows the order status, the rider's live position on a map, how many stops are before theirs and an arrival estimate.

How much does MiniDrop cost?

Pricing depends on how your business delivers. Talk to us on the contact page and we will explain the options for your business.
