Live tracking

Live delivery tracking for you and your customers

Stop calling riders for updates. Stop answering 'where is my order?'.

MiniDrop shows you where every rider is and what stage each order is at, from assigned to delivered.

Your customers get their own tracking link: a simple page with your store's name, the rider on a map and an arrival estimate. No app to install.

What live tracking gives you

Every order's status
Created, assigned, picked up, on the way, delivered: every change is recorded on the order's timeline.
Riders on the map
See the live position of riders who are on a trip.
A tracking link per order
Each assigned order gets a private link for the customer, with your store's name and logo.
Stops before yours
Customers see how many deliveries the rider has before theirs, and an arrival estimate once the rider is on the way.
Call the rider
The tracking page can show the rider's first name and a call button.
Private by design
Links are unguessable, never indexed by search engines, and stop working a day after the order is completed.

1
Order is assigned
As soon as a rider is assigned, the order gets its tracking link.
2
Share the link
Send it to your customer, or let your own system send it: the link is in the API and webhook too.
3
Customer follows the rider
The page refreshes on its own while the order is on the way.
4
Delivered
The page shows the delivered status, and the link expires a day later.

No. The tracking link opens in any phone browser.

You share it from MiniDrop, or your own system sends it: integrations receive the link in the API response and in every order webhook.

It is an estimate shown as a range, updated as the rider moves.

The delivered status. The link stops working a day after the order is completed.
