Create a delivery order
Pick the customer, check the map pin and place the order. It then waits in the queue until you dispatch it to your riders.

Every delivery starts with an order. You create it in about a minute: choose where it is going, check the pin on the map and place it. The order then waits in your queue until you plan trips for your riders.
Before you start#
You have added at least one rider. Finish the getting-started steps if you have not.
You have the customer's name, a 10-digit mobile number and an address or a Google Maps link.
You have credits in your outlet. If they run out, the button changes to Buy more credits now.
Step 1: Open Create order
Choose Create order in the left menu, or press the green Create new delivery order button on the dashboard. At the top, the Pickup location card shows your shop's name and address.
Step 2: Find the drop-off
Click Drop-off location and type a name or phone number to find a saved customer. Or type an address to search for a place, or paste a Google Maps link. Pick the right line in the list. If you do not see the place, press Search the location instead (Google Maps).
Step 3: Check the details and the pin
The next screen shows a map and the order details: Recipient name, Phone, Address and Reference order id (optional). Use the reference box for your own bill number, so you can find the order later. If the orange pin is not on the customer's door, drag it, or use Search drop-off location on the map.
Step 4: Press Create order
Your order is placed. A box may ask whether to keep the address for next time. Choose Save this address or Don't save. If you moved the pin for a saved customer, the box is called This saved address was edited and offers Update saved address, Save as a new address and Don't save to address book. A short countdown runs, and you can press Place order now to skip the wait.
Step 5: Find your order
The order shows as Pending under Orders, and it is counted in the queue on Dispatch. Dispatch your orders to your riders when you are ready.
It says "Enter a valid 10-digit mobile number".
Check the phone number: it needs ten digits, without spaces or extra symbols.
It says the address is too far.
The message reads "This address is too far for us to deliver to." Choose a drop-off closer to your shop.
What is the reference order id for?
It is your own number, such as the bill number from your billing counter. It appears next to the customer's name in your lists, so you can match a delivery to a bill.
Can I change an order after placing it?
You can cancel an order that is still Pending or Assigned, then create it again. See cancelled orders.
