Pick up and deliver an order

Mark an order picked up at the shop, deliver it, and what to do when the customer is not there.

Every order has two moments: pickup at the shop and delivery at the customer. You mark both in the app.

  1. Step 1: Pick up the order

Open your trip. Find the order and slide Slide to mark picked up. The tag ✓ Picked up appears.

The app checks that you are at the shop.

  2. Step 2: If the app says you are far from the shop

You may see You seem to be far from the pickup location. Move closer and try again. If it still does not work, ask the shop for the 4-digit pickup code. Enter it in Pickup with OTP under Enter 4-digit Pickup OTP and tap Submit & pickup.

Only take the code from the shop staff, never from anyone else.

  3. Step 3: Start the trip

After all orders are picked up, slide Slide to start trip.

  4. Step 4: Reach the customer

Use Maps for directions. Use Call to phone the customer when you are close.

  5. Step 5: Mark it delivered

Hand over the order. Then slide Slide to mark delivered. The stop shows Delivered and the next stop opens.

If you are far from the delivery spot, the app shows You seem to be far from the drop location and asks for a reason. Choose the one that is true, then continue. Your shop can see where you delivered.

  6. Step 6: If you cannot deliver right now

Tap Hold & continue later. Choose a reason, for example Customer not answering calls, and confirm. The stop comes back at the end of your route.

If the delivery is not possible at all, tap Mark undelivered. Choose a reason, for example Customer refused delivery, and confirm. The order is closed without delivery.

  7. Step 7: Finish the trip

The trip is complete when every stop is Delivered or Undelivered. The app shows Trip completed and an order summary.

What is the pickup code?

It is a 4-digit number made for each order. The shop can see it in the outlet portal. You use it only when the app thinks you are too far from the shop.

What happens to a stop on hold?

It comes back at the end of your route, and you can try again or mark it undelivered.

Who sees the reason I choose?

Your shop, in the order details.
