Can MiniDrop dispatch my morning orders automatically?
Yes. Choose manual dispatch, a fixed interval (for example every 30 minutes) or fixed times of day. At each run MiniDrop plans routes for the riders who are available and sends them for your approval.
Do my riders need a smartphone?
Yes, an Android phone with the MiniDrop rider app. Riders log in, see their trips, mark pickups and deliveries, and share their location while on a trip.
Can customers see when their fish will arrive?
Yes. The tracking link shows the rider on a map, how many deliveries are before theirs, and an arrival estimate once the rider is on the way.
Can fish shops use their own riders with MiniDrop?
Yes. Add your delivery staff as riders in the outlet portal. They use the MiniDrop rider app to see trips, navigate to each stop and mark orders picked up and delivered.
How do customers track their delivery?
Every assigned order gets a private tracking link that shows the order status, the rider's live position on a map, how many stops are before theirs and an arrival estimate.
