Does MiniDrop check prescriptions?
No. Prescription checks stay with your pharmacist. MiniDrop handles the delivery once the order is ready.
How do I know who delivered an order?
Each order keeps a timeline: when it was created, assigned, picked up and delivered, by which rider, with the rider's location at delivery.
Is the customer's tracking link private?
Yes. It is an unguessable link for that one order, it is never shown to search engines, and it stops working a day after the order is completed.
Can pharmacies use their own riders with MiniDrop?
Yes. Add your delivery staff as riders in the outlet portal. They use the MiniDrop rider app to see trips, navigate to each stop and mark orders picked up and delivered.
How do customers track their delivery?
Every assigned order gets a private tracking link that shows the order status, the rider's live position on a map, how many stops are before theirs and an arrival estimate.
