When two or three people create orders and plan trips, each one should sign in with their own email. Then you always know who did what, and you can remove one person without disturbing the others.

Before you start#

  • You are signed in to the outlet portal.

  • You have the staff member's name and a working email address. They will get their sign-in details by email.

  1. Step 1: Open Users

Choose Users in the left menu. The page is called User Management and shows everyone who can sign in to this outlet.

  2. Step 2: Choose Add User

A box called Add Outlet User opens. Type the Full Name and the Email.

  3. Step 3: Press Add User in the box

The new person appears in the list straight away. The box says an invitation email is sent with their sign-in details. Ask them to check their inbox and spam folder.

  4. Step 4: Remove someone who has left

Find the person in the list and press Remove. A message asks "Remove this user? They will lose access to this outlet." Confirm and they can no longer sign in.

What each person can do#

Everyone you add gets full admin access to the outlet, and the list shows an Admin tag next to their name. That means they can create orders, dispatch, approve routes, see saved addresses and add riders.

The person who set up the outlet also carries an Owner tag. There is no Remove button next to the owner, so the shop can never be locked out by mistake.

Do my riders need a user login?

No. Riders are not added here. They sign in to the MiniDrop rider app with the details you create under Delivery Executives.

Can I limit what a staff member sees?

Not at the moment. Everyone you add has full access to the outlet portal.

The person did not get an email. What now?

Ask them to check their spam folder. They can also use Forgot Password? on the sign-in page. Here is how to reset a password.
