MiniDrop for cloud kitchens
Delivery management for cloud kitchens
Own your direct orders, from the kitchen to the customer's door.
Cloud kitchens live and die by lunch and dinner peaks. Direct orders from your own website, app or phone line are your best margin, but only if delivery is reliable.
MiniDrop gives your kitchen a delivery desk: orders come in from your systems through the API or the outlet portal, riders get optimised routes, and customers get a live tracking link.

How MiniDrop helps cloud kitchens
The problem
Meal-time peaks: twenty orders in thirty minutes and not enough hands to plan routes.
Dispatch the queue in one click. MiniDrop splits orders across your riders, plans each route and lets you adjust before approving.
Route optimisationThe problem
Riders wait at the pass, unsure which orders are theirs and where to go first.
Each rider gets their trip in the rider app with the stops in order, and you see who has which order on one screen.
Rider appThe problem
Aggregator commission eats the margin on every order.
For orders you receive directly, MiniDrop handles the delivery without a marketplace in between, so the customer relationship and the margin stay with you.
Delivery APIThe problem
Hot food has to arrive hot.
Delivery windows keep time-critical orders near the front of each route, and live tracking shows you any rider who is running late.
Live tracking
How it works
- 1
Sign up your business
Create your account online. Once your outlet is approved, add your pickup address and your riders.
- 2
Create deliveries
Add orders in the outlet portal, or let your billing system or website create them through the API.
- 3
Dispatch
Send the orders to your riders: MiniDrop plans the routes and you approve them.
- 4
Track until delivered
Follow every rider live while your customers follow their own tracking link.
Questions from cloud kitchens
Can MiniDrop take orders from my website or ordering app?
Yes. The MiniDrop API creates deliveries from your system and sends status updates back by webhook, with a sandbox to test the integration first. You can also create orders by hand in the outlet portal.
Can I see which rider is running late?
Yes. Riders on a trip are shown live on the map in the outlet portal, and every order shows its current status.
Does MiniDrop replace Swiggy or Zomato?
No. MiniDrop is not a food marketplace. It is the delivery side for orders you receive directly, so you can run those deliveries yourself instead of through an aggregator.
Can cloud kitchens use their own riders with MiniDrop?
Yes. Add your delivery staff as riders in the outlet portal. They use the MiniDrop rider app to see trips, navigate to each stop and mark orders picked up and delivered.
How do customers track their delivery?
Every assigned order gets a private tracking link that shows the order status, the rider's live position on a map, how many stops are before theirs and an arrival estimate.
How much does MiniDrop cost?
Pricing depends on how your business delivers. Talk to us on the contact page and we will explain the options for your business.
