The Dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It tells you how today is going and what needs your attention. Here is what each part means.

  1. Step 1: Start a delivery from the big green button

Under the welcome message, Create new delivery order opens the order page straight away. It is the same as Create order in the left menu.

  2. Step 2: Read your numbers

Today's Orders counts the orders created today. Total Orders counts every order your outlet has created. A third card, Credits, shows how many credits you have left. When credits run low a yellow reminder with Recharge credits appears.

  3. Step 3: Check the reminders

Two cards appear only when needed. Finish setting up MiniDrop shows how many setup steps are done and takes you back to them with Continue setup. The yellow banner about delivery location mismatches lets you fix wrong pins. Learn how.

  4. Step 4: Look at your recent orders

Under Recent Orders, each card shows the order number, the status, the date and time, the customer's name and the address. The small copy icon copies the order number. View All opens the full Orders page.

A look at the left menu#

The Dispatch item has a small line of text under it that works like a mini dashboard. It can say "No orders queued", "12 orders · manual", a countdown to the next planned run, "2 live trips" or "Routes ready — approve". When it says routes are ready, riders are waiting for you to approve.

A two-minute routine#

Every morning:

  • Check that your riders have gone online in the rider app.

  • Look at the line under Dispatch. If orders are queued, plan them.

  • Clear any yellow banner about wrong pins.

Every evening:

  • Open Orders and the Completed tab to see what was delivered. See how to read your orders.

  • Check for any Undelivered orders and decide what to do with them.

  • Glance at your credits so tomorrow's orders are not held up.

Why does "Total Orders" include orders from before I started?

It counts every order your outlet has ever created, so the number only goes up.

What are credits?

Credits are what your outlet uses to place orders. The dashboard shows the balance and reminds you when it is low.
