MiniDrop for supermarkets
Delivery management software for supermarkets
High volume, many riders, one dispatch screen.
Supermarkets deliver at volume: dozens of orders, several riders and customers who expect a clear delivery time.
MiniDrop plans routes across all your riders at once, can dispatch on a schedule, and connects to your billing or ordering system through its API.

How MiniDrop helps supermarkets
The problem
Several riders and many orders to split fairly and efficiently.
Multi-rider route optimisation assigns orders across all available riders, within each rider's capacity, in one run.
Route optimisationThe problem
Orders arrive in waves through the day.
Set automatic dispatch every N minutes or at fixed daily times, matching your delivery rounds.
Route optimisationThe problem
Typing orders twice, once in billing and once for delivery.
Connect your billing or ordering system with the MiniDrop API: deliveries are created automatically and status updates come back by webhook.
Delivery APIThe problem
Answering 'where is my order?' calls at scale.
Each customer gets a tracking link with live rider position and how many stops are before theirs.
Live tracking
How it works
- 1
Sign up your business
Create your account online. Once your outlet is approved, add your pickup address and your riders.
- 2
Create deliveries
Add orders in the outlet portal, or let your billing system or website create them through the API.
- 3
Dispatch
Send the orders to your riders: MiniDrop plans the routes and you approve them.
- 4
Track until delivered
Follow every rider live while your customers follow their own tracking link.
Questions from supermarkets
Can MiniDrop connect to my billing system?
Yes, through the MiniDrop REST API and webhooks. Your developer can test everything in the sandbox first; the API documentation is in the MiniDrop docs.
Can I manage several riders from one screen?
Yes. The outlet portal shows every rider, their trips and status, and lets you dispatch, review and approve routes for all of them.
Does MiniDrop support delivery slots?
You can dispatch at fixed times of day that match your delivery rounds. Customer slot booking stays in your own ordering system.
Can supermarkets use their own riders with MiniDrop?
Yes. Add your delivery staff as riders in the outlet portal. They use the MiniDrop rider app to see trips, navigate to each stop and mark orders picked up and delivered.
How do customers track their delivery?
Every assigned order gets a private tracking link that shows the order status, the rider's live position on a map, how many stops are before theirs and an arrival estimate.
How much does MiniDrop cost?
Pricing depends on how your business delivers. Talk to us on the contact page and we will explain the options for your business.
