Set up your business profile and logo
Add your logo, check your shop name and address and choose what customers see on their tracking page. It takes about five minutes.

Your business profile is where your customers' first impression starts. The name and logo you set here appear at the top of the live tracking page that every customer gets for their delivery.
This guide takes about five minutes. You can come back and change anything later.
Before you start#
You are signed in to the outlet portal as the shop owner or an admin. If not, sign up and get approved first.
You have your logo as a square picture: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB.
Step 1: Open Business profile
Click your name at the top right of any page, then choose Business profile.
Step 2: Upload your logo
In the Brand logo box, click Upload logo and pick your picture. It is saved straight away, so you do not need to press anything else for the logo. To swap it later, choose Change logo, or Remove to go back to the standard MiniDrop look.
Step 3: Check your shop name and address
Type your shop's name in Legal name. This one is needed, so use the name your customers know. Add your full Business address. GSTIN (optional) can stay empty if you do not have one. The page says these details are used on invoices.
Step 4: Choose whether customers can call the rider
The switch Show rider phone on tracking page is on to begin with. Customers then see a Call button for the rider while the delivery is on the way. Switch it off if you would rather customers call the shop.
Step 5: Decide about delivery proof
The switch Rider must be at the customer to mark delivered is off to begin with. When it is on, the rider app only lets a rider mark an order delivered when the rider is near the delivery address. Turn it on if you want proof that riders really reached the customer.
Step 6: Press Save changes
You will see "Business profile updated successfully." Your changes now apply to new tracking links.
What your customers see#
When a rider is assigned to a delivery, the customer gets a private tracking page. Your logo and shop name sit at the top, above the live status. Without a logo, the page shows the standard MiniDrop look. See how to share the tracking link.
The Create order page also shows a Pickup location card at the top, with your shop name and address, so your team can check where riders will collect orders.
Can I change my logo later?
Yes. Open Business profile and choose Change logo. Tracking pages opened afterwards show the new logo.
My logo does not upload. What is wrong?
The picture must be PNG, JPEG or WebP and smaller than 2 MB. The page tells you if it is the wrong type or too large.
What if I do not have a logo?
Leave it empty. Customers see the standard MiniDrop look.
Do I have to turn on the delivery proof switch?
No. It is optional. It adds a check in the rider app, so you may prefer to keep it off if your riders often deliver where phone signal is weak.
