Questions from flower shops
Does MiniDrop take a photo when flowers are delivered?
Not today. MiniDrop records the delivery time and the rider's location when the order is marked delivered, and the tracking link shows the delivered status.
Can someone other than the buyer track the order?
Yes. Anyone you share the tracking link with can follow the delivery until it is completed.
Can I deliver to a different address than the buyer's?
Yes. Each delivery has its own customer name, phone number and drop address.
Can flower shops use their own riders with MiniDrop?
Yes. Add your delivery staff as riders in the outlet portal. They use the MiniDrop rider app to see trips, navigate to each stop and mark orders picked up and delivered.
How do customers track their delivery?
Every assigned order gets a private tracking link that shows the order status, the rider's live position on a map, how many stops are before theirs and an arrival estimate.
