Can my shop staff make deliveries too?

Yes. Anyone you add as a rider in the outlet portal can deliver with the MiniDrop rider app on an Android phone, so shop staff can take deliveries in quieter hours.

Does the tracking page show my store's name?

Yes. It shows your store's name and logo, the order number and the delivery status.

Can my website create deliveries automatically?

Yes, with the MiniDrop API. Test it in the sandbox first; the developer docs explain every step.

Can retail stores use their own riders with MiniDrop?

Yes. Add your delivery staff as riders in the outlet portal. They use the MiniDrop rider app to see trips, navigate to each stop and mark orders picked up and delivered.
